We want Check Well Care to be simple, fair, and predictable — especially for older adults and caregivers.

Subscriptions

Some parts of our service are offered on a recurring subscription (monthly or annual). When you sign up, you authorize us (or our payment partner) to charge the payment method you provide.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan will stay active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be billed again unless you restart the service.

Because our service delivers value immediately (scheduled calls, reminders, caregiver notifications), we generally do not issue refunds for:

If a payment fails, we may pause your account or reduce call frequency until payment is updated.

If you purchased through a third party (e.g., a partner agency, caregiver platform, or app store), their refund rules may apply.
