Accessibility Statement

Effective: November 3, 2025

Our Commitment

Check WellCare is designed for older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers. We aim for simple language, high-contrast color, readable type, and clear navigation. We want everyone to be able to use our service with dignity and independence.

Standards We Aim to Meet

We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance for web content and work to maintain accessible labels, keyboard navigation, focus states, and screen-reader friendly structure.

What We Do

Compatibility

The service is intended to work with modern browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and current mobile OS browsers. Older or unsupported browsers may not have full functionality.

Known Limitations

Occasionally, third-party content (e.g., embedded widgets or PDFs) may not fully meet accessibility standards. When that happens, we offer alternative text or support on request.

Feedback & Help

If you experience a barrier, need a different format (large print, audio, tagged PDF), or want to suggest an improvement, please contact us. We’re happy to help.

Continuous Improvement

We review design changes with accessibility in mind and conduct periodic checks. We welcome your feedback to make Check WellCare easier for everyone.
