What this is NOT: It is not medical advice, not diagnosis, and not emergency care. We do not replace your doctor, nurse, or home-health team.

Emergencies: If you ever have chest pain, trouble breathing, a bad fall, or feel unsafe — call 911 right away or contact local emergency services.

Caregiver use: If you are setting this up for someone else, you confirm you have permission to do so and will keep their information private.

Privacy: We collect only what we need to deliver check-ins. Some information may be shared with a caregiver you designate. For full details, see our Privacy Policy and Terms.

1) Informational only. This service is meant to support daily living and safety awareness. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or monitor vital signs.

2) No medical relationship. Using this service does not create a doctor–patient, nurse–patient, or therapist–client relationship.

3) Not for life-critical monitoring. Do not rely on this service for time-sensitive, life-critical, or emergency care. Voice calls and SMS can fail or be delayed.

4) Data & consent. You agree to give true information and to tell us if the care recipient changes. You understand that internet services can’t be 100% secure.

5) Limits. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Check WellCare isn’t liable for missed calls, delivery failures, or your choices based on the service.

6) Governing law. These terms are governed by Georgia and disputes will be handled in Cobb County, GA.
