We use a simple color-coded system to keep you informed at a glance. Here is what each status means.

Critical Alert (Red)

Requires Immediate Attention

This appears when:

  • A daily check-in was missed after 3 attempts.
  • A loved one explicitly asked for help during a call.
  • The system could not complete a call due to a technical error (e.g., disconnected line).
Action: Check on your loved one immediately. Consider calling them directly or visiting.

Warning (Yellow)

Be Aware

This appears when:

  • A call went to voicemail (we will try again).
  • Wellness score dropped significantly from their average.
  • Reported pain levels are higher than usual.
Action: Keep an eye on the dashboard. You may want to listen to the call recording later.

All Clear (Green)

Everything is Good

This appears when:

  • Daily check-in completed successfully.
  • Loved one reported feeling well.
  • No anomalies detected.
